Cancellation Policy
Thank you for booking your complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call! This session is designed to discuss your business goals, answer questions, and determine the best services to help you move forward. Please arrive with your questions, goals, and any relevant business information so we can make the most of your complimentary 30-minute session Appointment Policy Your Discovery Call is 30 minutes and begins promptly at your scheduled time. Please be prepared and ready at your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and will need to be rescheduled. Cancellation & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may limit your ability to book another complimentary Discovery Call. One Complimentary Call Per Business Each business is eligible for one free Discovery Call. Additional strategy sessions may be booked at our current consultation rate. Overtime Policy The complimentary Discovery Call is limited to 30 minutes. If additional time is requested and my schedule allows, the session may continue at a rate of $50 per additional 30 minutes, billed before the extended consultation begins. Service Fees The Discovery Call is for consultation purposes only and does not include design work, website edits, branding concepts, written proposals, or implementation services. Any work requested after the call will be quoted separately based on the scope of the project.
